What a couple days of Chanukah can do to a kid
I have a simple point to make, so I'll get right to it. Between the title, subtitle and image, it's pretty much all there.
I came back from Chanukah break, sat down with my girsa chavrusa, and was disappointed to see that he could not focus for more than 30 seconds straight. No joke. Even when he was the one reading.
I was not shocked, because this bochur'l has a smartphone. An unfiltered one at that. So obviously, after 8 days of deep frying his brain, it was unfortunately no more. BDH.
I hope a few days in Yeshiva will bring it back to life.
