Stop Throwing Mashpi'im Under The Bus

When chassidishe people start trash talking the concept of having a mashpia, Lubavitch is in deep trouble...

I feel bad writing this, and I am not here to sling mud at individuals, but אז עס טוט וויי שרייט מען.

How does a lubavitcher have the guts to get on a mic and be published online saying that life coaches are better than mashpi'im, because mashpi'im don't really help the person as a whole and only answer the question itself?!

Are you ch"v undermining the Rebbe's system? The Rebbe set up a system of mashpi'im, not life coaches. I don't care that you claim that your life coaching is al pi chassidus. That's nice, but it doesn't take away from the system that the Rebbe set up!

And, by the way, as much as you claim that life coaches are really helping the actual person by delving into their deep psyche, guess what? Life coaches charge for their time, and when the time for the session is up, so is their care. A maspi'a will spend hours and hours with their mushpa, not limited to time, and not charging for that umlimited plan.

Maybe you particularly had a bad experience with your mashpi'a, but how dare you throw all mashpi'im under the bus and postulate that they don't care about their mushpa'im?!

Here's a suggestion: Don't call the podcast "Conversations in Chassidus", call it "Conversations in Coaching". You're not "Spreading the Springs", you're "Spreading the Sickness" that is devouring this generation and poisoning the wells of lubavitch, by bringing in these new concepts of goyishkeit and dressing them up in garments of holiness.
