You finally made it ! finished the system and Now time for the big leagues. Shlichus!

After a bit of haggling groups formed and reformed you come to you're new yeshiva, but you're not as a student. No! now you're a ' shliach'. after three days you are no longer star struck and you start to wonder what does this title mean practically. hanhalah you're not but a student also not. no one is on you are head to come to seder but a whole bunch of responsibilities are dumped in you. you have an office bit no authority. so what are you?

on that note what is right for hanhalah to ask of you? Is it okay to ask you to make a mivtza Torah or is that their field what about fundraising? Etc.

as a starting point let's go to the first group of shluchim to Australia the year 5727, a group of six is about to embark on a journey to literally the other side of the world. before they leave, they come in as a group to yechidus. the rebbe says your job is to sit and learn and interact with the boys there as you have an advantage of coming from the Daled Amos of the rebbe.

so in conclusion:

1.) As shluchim, do not get ahead of yourself your there to sit and learn.

2.) although mivtzos are beautiful they can't come at the expense of the shlichus

3.) your have no achrayus to be dorm counselors or mashgichim your ment to sit and learn and be a big brother to the boys.
